  1. Improve your aesthetics, CURB APPEAL, buy freshening up the exterior of your home. Suggested ideas are: fresh coat of paint, outdoor lighting, manicure lawn, mailbox improvements.. just to name a few!
  2. Clear the clutter and remove disarray. Anything that potential buyers deemed "Too Busy" .. remember less is best.. it makes the rooms look bigger. If funds are available you can hire a professional stager.

  3. Aesthetics are a high priority. Creating a turnkey--- MOVE IN--STATUS .. gives the buyer the  feeling that less will need to be done vs. spending time, energy and money on repairs. This will allow your buyer to enjoy the full benefits of their purchase right away.. allowing them to settle in faster thus enhancing the experience.

  4. THE PRICE IS RIGHT- while renovations and staging will aide in the sell.. buyers today just like always are looking for deals. For pricing consulting your agent, perhaps spending money on a fair market value I.E BPO. These will place your home's value right in comparison to others in the market.
